Friday Evening 'In House' Meditation (in English)

Our outer world is a reflection of what lies within our collective inner worlds. By directing our thoughts in specific, positive ways, we have the potential to guide the world towards becoming a more loving place. Starting at 7:00 pm where we will spend 20 minutes of your time with guided meditation (radiating peace, love, and care to our world) followed by an interactive talk. Whether or not you know how to meditate, you are invited to join these "in-house" meditation sessions in your own Coral Gables neighborhood. Everyone is welcome, so bring your friends and family and make sure to RSVP for each of them.
