December 21 | Sacred Hearth: The Cacao Session Celebrate the Winter Solstice with a heart-centered cacao ceremony, meditation, intention setting, and sound bath. January 21 | The Return A multisensory journey featuring gentle yoga, breathwork, vibroacoustic sound bath, and essential oils to restore balance and welcome new beginnings.
