Returning by popularity, we are going to visit Providence’s gem of renowned artists, the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) Art museum. Free of charge on Sundays. You can make a free online reservation or day of in person at the desk. https://risdmuseum.org/ There are 2 entrances. We are going to meet on the lower entrance (main photo), where they also have Bolt coffee-cafe pearl in the lobby. This is different than our first visit to the museum. You can ask where this is to help find the meeting spot if end up entering through Benefit Street/ café level. We will meet in the lower lobby area at 1:45pm. Just checkin when you arrive with your free reservation or zip code, no ticket needed. I designed and will prepare an optional scavenger hunt for fun as you go through the museum. I will hand it out at the meeting spot or when we go the the grand gallery, which will give us more room to gather and any introductions before we disperse. We can meet again all together in the grand gallery around 4:40pm for anyone who would like to share about the art or listen to thoughts and reveal answers to handout. It is Sunday, so street parking is free, but you may still have to circle around and find a spot. There are locations on their website for RISD campus that are available. https://www.risd.edu/sites/default/files/2025-10/risd-parking-map-2025-26.pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com Photography is allowed throughout museum- no flash.
