Non-commercial only. Other restrictions may apply. * Library card not required. Valid photo ID with signature IS required (a current state ID or passport is necessary). * The person whose signature is being notarized must be present with appropriate ID. * Please complete paperwork EXCEPT DO NOT SIGN YOUR FORM until in the presence of the Notary.
