Free Indie Rock Show | Skinny Dennis

Check out some local indie rock bands for free at Skinny Dennis! [RockNite](https://www.instagram.com/p/DXfRZFsjJnJ/) is a free monthly local music event at East Nashville venue Skinny Dennis that showcases up and coming indie and alternative bands. The music starts at 8, but I'll be there at 7:45 settling in with a Willie's Frozen Coffee. It's a three band bill so no sweat if you show up a little bit later. The lineup is curated by blues guitar virtuoso \*\*Grace Bowers. (\*\*She played with Chris Martin during the 2025 Grammys "In Memoriam" sequence.) The three bands playing are [The Criticals](https://www.instagram.com/thecriticals/) (Pop rock with a vintage aesthetic), [Lombardy](https://www.instagram.com/lombardy_band/) (Fuzzy, buzzy grunge-meets-dad rock), and [Bad Bad Luck](https://www.instagram.com/bad.bad.luck/) ("Slutty gay garage rock" aka I'm really looking forward to them). * PARKING: There's lots of street parking off Gallatin Avenue, including the nearby Hope Church, which has a big free parking lot. * FOOD: You can get food at Skinny Dennis' on-site BBQ food truck, Sully's Smoke Shack. * NON—ALCOHOLIC OPTIONS: NA beer, THC drinks, soda, mocktails If you have any questions about the event, feel free to comment on the page or PM me.
