**\*\*UPDATED ITINERARY** * 2:00-2:30pm: REVÉ (Acoustic R&B/Pop) @ 5765 Pershing * 2:30-3:15pm: Hogmongering (Power Pop) @ 5857 Waterman * 3:15-4:00pm: Slim Sadies (Dream Pop/Shoegaze) @ 6127 McPherson * 4:00pm: Red and Black Brass Band (Second Line/Funk) @ 5900 DeGiverville I'm finally getting the chance to check out the annual Porchfest that takes place in the Skinker DeBaliviere neighborhood! It's a free event where a bunch of local musicians play sets in front of peoples' houses throughout the afternoon. I won't be there for the entire event, but I would like to walk around and catch 3-4 acts. I'm gonna try to take in a variety of genres, but I'm still waiting for the official set schedule to be released so keep an eye on the event page for updates on details.
