About this event
The Four-Course Living program offered by Johnson County Extension works with adults with developmental disabilities to discover the importance of good nutrition, safety, planning, and preparation through a series of hands-on cooking classes. Menu: Cauliflower crust pizza, 4 ingredient mini pies (lemon, chocolate, butterscotch, banana. Each group may register up to 6 individuals not counting staff, family members or drivers and only 1 class per month. Staff and/or family members are invited to observe and join us for a meal at no additional cost. Class payment is collected at the door.
