Former Jock + Brites + Anna Eisch

With a memorable name derived from an identity crisis singer / guitar player Spencer Bennett had in high school, Former Jock is the newest power pop outfit on the scene in Seattle. Bringing together the talents of Bennett, bassist Jeff Harder, and drummer Adrian La Reyna, Former Jock has evolved from a one-man project into a band bursting at the seams with introspective lyrics, big catchy choruses, and loud punchy guitars. It’s a shot in the arm of an old favorite in the Northwest. ________________________________________ Brites is a Portland, Oregon based, art rock band with post-punk, folk, and electronic influences. There is no "The" in their name. They originally formed in the suburbs of Flint, MI in 2009. ________________________________________ Anna Eisch crafts dark pop anthems that unravel the chaos of obsession, self-destruction, and blame. Blending haunting melodies with raw, confessional lyrics, their music pulls listeners into the highs of infatuation and the lows of emotional collapse. With EPs like I doubt he'll ever hear this and I Know about Emily, they have built a reputation for storytelling that feels both intimate and cinematic. Their latest release continues this trajectory, tracing the spiral from desire to regret in a way that is both deeply personal and universally relatable. For fans of brooding synths, intoxicating hooks, and lyrics that cut deep, Anna Eisch is a voice for those who love too hard, fall too fast, and aren’t afraid to admit it.
