Only shattered fragments of ruined places drifting through an endless black void—and the distant sound of something moving in the darkness. The party has been pulled from the Material Plane and trapped inside a place that should not exist. Their only hope is an ancient structure known as **the Last Door**, a gateway rumored to lead back into reality. But the Door has been broken, and the pieces needed to activate it are scattered across the floating remains of other worlds claimed by the Void. To escape, the party must travel between unstable fragments of reality, including a fortress frozen in its final moments, an upside-down forest growing into darkness, and the ruins of an observatory that once studied the space between worlds. Each fragment holds part of the way home—but the Void does not allow its prisoners to leave easily. Paths will shift. Memories will become unreliable. Familiar voices will call from places they should not be. The longer the party remains, the more the Void begins to learn their fears, their abilities, and their weaknesses. As the final pieces of the Door are recovered, the party discovers that they are not alone. An ancient creature known as **the Unmade** has been following them, creating twisted copies from the memories the Void has stolen.
