Led by select Forge Guild Guides and hosted in one of our private gaming rooms, these limited-seat adventures feature enhanced maps and terrain, atmospheric music, immersive props, custom handouts, and a more cinematic style of gameplay. For this adventure, players will return to the mountain stronghold of Emberfall. In the aftermath of the vault beneath Emberfall being opened, the fortress’s oldest signal tower suddenly ignites with an unnatural flame. Moments later, a forgotten gate carved into the mountainside opens for the first time in centuries, and an army of ash-covered warriors begins marching toward the stronghold. The ancient soldiers have not returned to conquer Emberfall. They have come to reclaim something taken from the vault. As panic spreads and the fortress’s defenses begin failing from within, the adventurers must uncover a hidden saboteur, defend the mountain roads, and reach the Ashen Gate before the buried army enters Emberfall. But the deeper they investigate, the more they begin to question whether the warriors are truly the enemy—or whether the relic recovered from the vault should ever have been removed.
