Forest Bathing

Let’s chill out in nature with forest bathing. This was a very relaxing experience the last time we did it. They encouraged us not to turn our flashlights on when it got dark. There are sidewalks and a gravel road we can walk on if mobility is a concern. Going into the little woods was fine too, we just had to be careful on the paths not to trip and fall over tree roots, etc. The cost is $30.
