Calling all superheroes! Join FKSI's 14th Superhero 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Whether your race in-person at Turley Park in Carbondale, Illinois, or complete your 5K virtually from anywhere in the universe, every step helps change lives. When you participate, you're helping provide food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, education, and opportunities to children and families in Bangladesh, The Gambia, and Southern Illinois.
