Caleb Chapman’s Crescent Super Band takes the FM100.3 stage at The Shops at South Town for a free lunchtime set of holiday music — the big-band swing, brass, and vocals that made this band a Utah December tradition, with new charts alongside the ones people come back for. Consider it a taste of Caleb Chapman’s Cool Yule: the same band, the same charts, one hour, no ticket. Bring the family, bring your lunch, and hear what 28 years of performance training sounds like with a Santa hat on. The Crescent Super Band is Soundhouse’s flagship band — 141 DownBeat awards, stages from Carnegie Hall to Montreux, and Artists ages 10–18 from more than 50 schools across Utah.
