Flash Fiction: Writing Encapsulated Workshop

Flash Fiction: Writing Encapsulated Workshop

Join us for a workshop on how to distill your writing skills in the shortest possible format with local writer, Leo Walsh. Though this gathering is geared toward beginners, all levels of experience are welcome to join us as we analyze flash fiction’s structure, the role of implication within the format, and write some of our own. Everyone will leave either with a completed piece of flash fiction, or the outline for one. All you need to bring is a writing implement of your choice. Come write with us! Leo “Leonine” Walsh is a writer, editor, and book coach that was born and raised in Reno. They’re a member of Sierra Arts Literary community, have a MA in Creative Writing, and Publishing from Edinburgh Napier University and a MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University. Workshop space is limited. Get tickets to save your spot! For questions emails alisha@hollandreno.org. Unfortunately, we are unable to give refunds for workshop registration unless the workshop is cancelled, instructors can’t make it, or in the event of an emergency situation. We thank you for your understanding! <3
