Fitness activity: Walking-jogging-running - AND - Happy Little Trees prep event

What: Let's do some walking-jogging-running on the 1 mile long paved loop at Pinery Park in Wyoming. There are also exercise stations through the loop that you can stop and use to add more to your workout. Where: Pinery Park in Wyoming, Michigan When: Wednesday, April 8th 2025 ( NOTE- if raining no event ) What time: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - We may go longer if others wish too. ( NOTE: you can jump in any time for this event from 6-7:00 p.m. and if you get there earlier, we will catch up but please RSVP that your taking part that day so I have a count and can look for you ) Costs: FREE to park and walk LINK TO THE HAPPY LITTLE TREES EVENT ( April 26th ): https://runsignup.com/Race/MI/Lansing/RunForTheTreesHappyLittle5K DETAILS- This is a normal weekly walk first and foremost. This is also a weekly warm up in April for those that want to work toward completing a virtual 5K by doing a bit each week. Or you can use this weekly event to do a 5k to complete your "Happy Little Trees" event if you signed up. In addition, I will be hosting a k5 run for the "Happy Little Trees" participants to complete on the last day of the virtual event OR if the group would like we can look at a local 5k to complete the weekend of the final.
