About this event
FitLab @ the J is a small group training program designed to provide a more personalized fitness experience in a supportive, high-energy environment. Each session combines strength training, cardio, and expert coaching, allowing participants to build proper technique, improve overall fitness, and stay accountable to their goals. With a smaller group format, FitLab bridges the gap between traditional group exercise and one-on-one personal training, offering individualized attention while maintaining the motivation and community of a group setting. Space is limited to ensure quality instruction and a more customized experience. Participation in FitLab @ the J is subject to the following guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all participants: Registration & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. Due to the limited size of the program, space is secured only upon payment. Attendance: FitLab is structured as a multi-week program, and participants are encouraged to attend consistently to get the most out of the experience. Missed sessions are not eligible for make-ups, credits, or refunds. Non-Transferability: Registrations are non-transferable and may not be shared with another participant. Conduct & Participation: Participants are expected to follow all EDCJCC policies and staff guidance. The EDCJCC reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behavior or failure to follow program guidelines. Health & Safety: Participation is voluntary. Participants are encouraged to consult with a physician prior to beginning any new exercise program and to communicate any injuries or limitations to the trainer.
