First Friday at Capitol Modern: eat, drink & be merry!!

Capitol Modern is always a fun time on the First and Third Fridays of the month. Live music, good food and drinks for sale (full bar), arts & crafts vendors, in a beautiful outdoor setting. Room to dance if the music moves you. Seats and benches to sit down and watch the scene. The museum is open late so you can wander around enjoying the variety of exhibits. And it's free! Let's meet up, have a picnic together and listen to good local music. Buy your food there or bring you own! Usually the first Friday of the month is a reggae band and the third Friday is jazz or Hawaiian music. Inter-generational, good vibe, easy parking, and always fun. See you there!
