Find Your Rhythm: Guitar for Healing & New Beginnings

This is a beginner-friendly guitar group for adults navigating life after separation or divorce who want a creative, grounding way to reconnect with themselves. No experience required. If you’ve never played guitar—or if life interrupted your creativity—this space is designed to be gentle, supportive, and human. Bring your guitar and we’ll start with basic chords, simple strumming, and learn one approachable song together each month. This isn’t about performance or perfection. This isn’t about performance or perfection. It’s about giving yourself something steady to come back to and remembering that you’re still allowed to learn, try, and enjoy things again. I’ll be teaching the class myself, and we’ll always end with a relaxed group jam where everyone can participate at their own level. This can be a simple standalone practice, or it can be the beginning of something deeper. We’ll figure something out. ### Location We will be meeting inside a space at Terra Diamond, a local warehouse.. Come in through the front door and head up the staircase on the left. At the top of the stairs, we’ll be in the second room on your right. There’s a large window, so you should be able to spot us easily.
