Find calm in a Meditation Circle

Join us on Wednesday, May 20 at 6 pm for our meditation circle. There are usually 10 attendees. (Men are also welcome.) The May location is: Shantiful, 16674 N 91st St., Suite 102, Scottsdale (near the 101 and Bell). Kate will lead the evening with breathwork, story, and a meditation.
