About this event
Winona Figure Drawing Sessions are held Tuesdays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, upstairs at the Winona Arts Center located at 228 E 5th St., Winona, MN 55987 (the corner of 5th St. and Franklin St.). The cost is $10.00 per session ($5.00 if you’re a student). All money goes to pay the models and toward studio fees for the Winona Arts Center, so it’s all strictly non-profit. We’re a relaxed group, where you’ll be surrounded by fellow artists, there’s music to listen to while we draw, and a supportive atmosphere. We don’t take attendance, so just show up whenever you are able. The model is usually nude, and because of that all artists must be over the age of 18 (we do offer a Parental Waiver for Senior High School Students). The poses are done in a safe, professional, respectful studio environment (there is no touching of the models) and we do everything we can to make sure the models are comfortable and feel safe.
