After years of traveling to 50+ farms across the country, Allie brings her knowledge of growing and fermenting food into delicious creations to our workshop series! We’ll explore traditional techniques for crafting probiotic-rich ferments using seasonal produce. Come ready to taste something alive and take home the skills (and confidence) to keep the culture growing!
