About this event

This workshop introduces participants to the Relational Leadership framework and explores relational feedback as a means to build psychological safety and leadership skills. It emphasizes the importance of relational communication, and awareness of one’s own and others’ perspectives, cultural lenses, and lived experience. This workshop consists of one online session of 2 hours. The session will include brief didactics, large group discussion, and small breakout group work. Learning Objectives
