Join the UVM Institute for Agroecology and Leadership for the Ecozoic on Thursday, April 23 from 12:30--2:00PM in the Patrick Leahy Building Café (optional Zoom link for those who cannot attend in-person) for an informal discussion on nut-based agroforestry, working with keystone trees, and related research opportunities with Elspeth Hay, author of the award-winning book Feed Us with Trees: Nuts and the Future of Food. Elspeth Hay is the creator and host of the Local Food Report, a weekly feature that has aired on the Cape and Islands National Public Radio station since 2008. Deeply immersed in her own local-food system, Elspeth's work focuses on the people, places, and ideas that feed us. You can learn more at elspethhay.com.
