Feast : Exhibition by Zehma Herring β26 at Lewis Arts Complex in Princeton, NJ on Friday, April 24, 2026.
Feast began with a simple premise: the dinner table meets the pool table. This exhibition of work by senior Zehma Herring, a School of Public and International Affairs major minoring in Visual Arts, was conceived as a Gesamtkunswerk of paintings, handmade ceramic pieces to accompany an original table design, and a live performance. The guests become elements of the game, and in this matrix, they are transformed into the artistβs muses. The Feast is no different than the game. Strategies emerge before the βbreakβ unleashes chaos. Momentum builds. One person pockets ball after ball, steering the entire table. When strategy is overtaken by chance, the formal barriers of order and rule disappear. Admission & Details The exhibition is free and open to the public.
