Fall Floral Arranging

About this event

Do you like fresh flowers in your home? Do you bring a bouquet home (or cut some flowers from your garden), but then are stumped as to how to make a pretty arrangement? Join the New River Valley Master Gardeners as they demonstrate how to make your own arrangements using a variety of vessels and techniques focusing on the floral and greenery available in the fall. This will be followed by a hands-on workshop using either grocery store flowers or items you bring from your garden, such as pinecones, tree branches, dried berries/seed pods, dried thistles, evergreens, acorns, etc. Please bring your own vases/vessels for this workshop. You will take home what you have created.
