Join us for Smoke Show, our fall-inspired cocktail workshop where we’ll mix up seasonal drinks and explore a few different ways to add smoke to your cocktail (and no, that doesn’t mean everything is going to taste like a campfire). Smoke can be bold, but it can also be subtle, aromatic, or just there to make your cocktail look like an absolute Smoke Show. We’ll play with a few different techniques, from smoking the cocktail itself and torching a garnish to some surprisingly easy ways to add smoky character without lighting a single thing on fire. No mixology skills required. We’ll walk you through everything step-by-step, talk about what each technique actually brings to a cocktail, and give you plenty of ideas you can steal for your own home bar. Your cocktail workshop includes: A welcome cocktail to get things started Hands-on creation of two cocktails Tips for adding smoke, aroma, and a little drama to your drinks A make-and-take cocktail ingredient to bring home Light appetizers from our scratch kitchen Come sip, shake, garnish, torch, and learn a few tricks worth showing off later.
