Faculty/Staff Brown Bag Workshop – Difficult Campus Conversations: An Introduction

Challenging social and political conversations are everywhere, and college campuses face unique challenges around them, from positionality to neutrality to academic freedom. We present a framework for getting the most out of these conversations with students, share findings, and workshop common classroom and cocurricular situations. Facilitated by Christopher Chapp and Kelly Shirah from St. Olaf’s Buntrock Institute for Freedom and Community. Sponsored by CIES.
