Learn to make leather-like material from everyday plastic bags. Discover how to transform soft plastics into durable, leather-like textiles using nothing more than heat and pressure. In this hands-on workshop, Cubberley artist and nonprofit founder Tara de la Garza will guide you through the entire process as you create your own fused-plastic card wallet. (Audience) - Geared for ages 12 and older or accompanied by a parent 8 up. Registration is required, 20 max persons permitted.
