Discover if a past conviction can be expunged or sealed from your record with volunteer attorneys and staff from Florida’s 2nd Judicial Circuit. Experts will be available to review your case and complete initial expungement paperwork, if eligible. Services are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please bring a photo ID with you. Out of state cases and prior convictions are ineligible for expungement. Please see the full list of reasons for ineligibility.
