Hi AZ dance family! I am SUPER excited to share a brand new dance offering beginning Tuesday March 3rd, and continuing as a biweekly event. I will be opening and closing with expressive, grounding cello to allow us to drop in deeply into our bodies. This first dance will be ultra potent, as it takes place on a full moon lunar eclipse. Let's dance with whatever energy arises an alchemize! Come as you are; bring an open heart, your authentic self, and a pair of bare feet. 😁 Opening cello begins at 6:45, with about an hour long wave of music to follow. Afterwards will take place a closing circle to allow us to be seen and ground in the dance. 6:45-8:30. Donations of any scale are greatly appreciated. Hope to see you there ✨
