Join Tanya for a joyful exploration of ***Sevillanas dance through flamenco music from Spain***. This exploratory dance class blends rhythm, movement, and culture - offering a little bit of dance, a little bit of cardio, and a little bit of spirit (via meditation). All levels are welcome. Join as you are and dance in community for the times we are living through.
