Event Horizon

Infinite space. Infinite terror. Paul W.S. Anderson’s terrifying sci-fi horror classic Event Horizon returns to the big screen at The Frida Cinema as we conclude our tribute to Scream King Sam Neill! In 2047, a rescue crew led by Captain Miller (Laurence Fishburne) investigates a spaceship that vanished seven years ago and has mysteriously reappeared near Neptune. With its original designer, Dr. Weir (Sam Neill), along for the ride, the crew soon discovers that some things are better left lost in space. A box-office flop turned cult favorite, Event Horizon asks the important question: What if a haunted house went to Hell? Join us for a deep-space descent into madness, and whatever you do, don’t answer the knocking…
