About this event
Find transformation and joy through a gentle and contemplative yoga class among the butterflies. Led by Karen Oberg, C-IAYT, yoga therapist and owner of Aspen Grove Therapy and Wellness Center. You are required to bring your own mat and any other props that support your individual needs. We will all enter and exit together so it’s important to arrive early! Online registration is required.
