Evening Foothills Loop (New Time)

Join me on a beginner friendly Sandia Foothills Loop hike. We will start and end at Menaul Trailhead. We will keep a brisk pace with minimum stops. We will vary the route each week starting from the same trailhead. Distance: About 4 miles. Elevation gain: Some uphill on the powerline trail. Dogs must be on leash Please bring a headlamp as it is getting dark by 7.15 How to get to the trailhead: Drive all the way east on Menaul. If the parking lot is full you can park on the street.
