Ethnic Series: MiddleEastern Cuisine & Dabke Dance (Demo-How is Pita made)

Come join us with the Persian-Turkic-Arab group for authentic Middle Eastern food and a presentation of the Arab food, history, culture, language and a few minutes of traditional Dabke dance. We will give you a demo of how the PITA break is made live and you get to taste if fresh out of the clay oven. Learn about ARAB people (Gulf, Africa & Levant) Learn some basic Arabic words too. Learn Basic Dabke. View the pics :) If you want to do the optional Debke dance come at 5pm at the fountain opposite to the restaurant else come at 5:30 at the restaurant.
