EVWC, the Estes Valley Fire Protection District, and ELSA are teaming up to offer a convenient drop-off opportunity for paper-bagged pinecones and pine needles as well as noxious weeds. All material needs to be in paper bags only. We cannot accept plastic bags. Drop-Off Location & Details: Our location for this event only will be the same as the Christmas Tree Drop Off - on the west side of Community Drive inside the Fairgrounds gate. PLEASE do not show up early! Guidelines: Limit of 10 bags per vehicle - everything MUST be in paper bags Pinecones and pine needles ONLY in the EVWC containers (containers will be marked) Noxious weed drop-off in ELSA container (container will be marked) KEEP WEEDS AND PINECONES/PINE NEEDLES SEPARATE Gate opens at 9:00 AM sharp Drop-off will remain open until containers are FULL Special thanks to the Town of Estes Park, Northern Water, ELSA, and Waste Management for their generous support in making this event possible.
