Ernie & The Band

About this event

Ernie & The Band are a pioneering “band that jams” whose core philosophy is simple yet profound: Ernie embodies the spirit of the audience, while The Band crafts the soundtrack to a shared experience that bridges the gap between performer and listener. In this distinctive setup, Ernie is not just a name but the heart and soul of the collective, representing every listener’s hopes, dreams, and emotions. This makes every show an inclusive, immersive experience where the audience isn’t just watching—they’re an integral part of the musical journey. The Band, formed by John Witt & Rob Seck in 2017, draws from a rich palette of influences, seamlessly blending rock, funk, and blues into an ever-evolving tapestry of sound. Their live performances are characterized by extended improvisations, spontaneous jams, and a palpable sense of camaraderie that invites the audience to become co-creators of the musical experience. From intimate club gigs to expansive festival stages, Ernie & The Band create an atmosphere where the music is a living, breathing entity. Each performance is a unique celebration of the moment, with Ernie’s presence highlighting the communal nature of their shows. It’s not just about the notes played or the lyrics sung, but about the shared heartbeat of a collective experience that brings everyone together. Ernie & The Band are more than just a band; they are a movement. They remind us that live music is not merely entertainment but a communal ritual that connects us all. So come and enjoy the journey, Ernie… Vocals, Guitar / John Witt Vocals, Bass / Rob Seck Vocals, Drums / Nick Balzano Vocals, Keys / Ben Pinnola Percussion / Brady Wilkins
