About this event
Join the Pierson Library and Shelburne neighbor Nick Marconi in a new bi-monthly journey into philosophy. The word philosophy comes from the Greek philos, which means the love in friendship, and Sophia (wisdom), hence philosophia, a movement toward the wisdom and mutual understanding of friends. For this practice we will engage one another in what it means to be human. Each session will be different, and it is not necessary to attend every session.
