Bring a yoga mat and meet me at my studio for a workshop I have performed in front of the Psychology Department at the University of Richmond. I will go over simple techniques for you to incorporate into your self care routine. I will also conduct a meditation attunement for you to further enhance your connection to your divine nature and intuitive gifts.
