Explore the connection between mind, body, breath, and creativity in this immersive one-time experience, led by museum educator and Body Dialogue founder Janice Stieber Rous. Through guided breathwork, mindful practices, and an art-making activity, participants will slow down, reconnect with the body, and discover new ways to cultivate presence and creative expression. The program will move between the galleries and studio, creating space for reflection, embodied exploration, and creative expression. Price: Future Member: $30 Members: $27
