Empaths/Highly Sensitive People/Dine at Panera Bread

Come hang out with your tribe!🥳👏We’re meeting for dinner at Panera Bread Restaurant in Claremont at 5620 Balboa Ave. We will be discussing nonviolent communication, and how to use it to ask for what you need maintain boundaries to take care of yourself well and be authemtic. We will be doing an NVC empathy exercise and then check in with how everybody’s doing by sharing out roses and thorns (what’s going well and what is challenging) and talk about what makes you feel or how to feel more connected. It’s time to celebrate our sensitivities and support each other! 🤩💐🎉
