Saturday is the fullest day of the Embodiment and Movement Weekend at Common Street Spiritual Center: a whole day of workshops for slowing down, dropping into your body, and moving together. Come for one workshop or stay all day. **Please note:** RSVPing here helps us plan, but tickets are sold through Collective Effervescence: https://www.collectiveffervescenceboston.com/touch-movement **Saturday schedule** 9:00 AM: Opening Day and Land Acknowledgement: Come Home to Yourself (somatic breathwork with Becca Jemma Phillips) 9:45 to 11:15 AM: Kundalini Yoga for Transformation and Joy with Hari Dass (Biliana Angelova), or Embodied Prayer Work with Julian Fontaine Fox 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM: Safety and Care Planning with Valerie Werder, or Thai Partner Massage with Lee Ann Song 1:00 PM: Potluck Lunch and Community Consent Conversation with Jackson Van Raan (bring a dish to share) 2:00 PM: Warmup: Sonic Shake with Wren Medina 2:30 to 4:00 PM: Embodied Open Mic for Self Reclamation with Dani Bentz, or Ninja Yoga with Grant Rivzi 4:15 to 5:45 PM: Kirtan: East-West with Michael Orlando, Sensual Embodiment Dance with Jenna Brooks, or Body Poem with Gabrielle Fiedor 7:00 to 10:00 PM: Soul Dance with Shün, a guided dance journey weaving ecstatic dance with breathwork, somatic practice, and meditation No experience is needed for any workshop. **Cost:** Saturday full day $40 to $50, one workshop $15 to $20, full weekend pass $70 to $85, all sliding scale. Volunteer for three hours in exchange for a free ticket. No one is turned away for lack of funds. **Where:** Common Street Spiritual Center, 13 Common Street, Natick.
