Embodied Voice Forest Bath

Ever wondered how the birds sing so effortlessly and freely? Ever notice curious sounds from the forest? Have you ever been curious about times you wanted to speak up for yourself or something important to you, but felt you couldn’t? This forest bath invites some listening exercises and vocal play in ways that are science-backed and simply freeing and fun. No musical, singing, or vocal experience necessary. Ever wonder how the sounds of the forest and the sounds of the people in it can help to regulate the nervous system and inter-species systems? Well then…this forest bath is for you! The forest bath will begin at 6:30 pm ET at Wolf Picnic Area in Bay Village, OH - and it is important that we begin on time so that no one is left behind. If you do run a few minutes late, please alert me via meetup so we know you are still coming. This event is donation based, meaning your donations help to fund the supplies and goodies that allow this meetup group to continue and flourish.
