ELL Literacy Circle

Have you ever wanted to join a library book discussion but you worried that your English language skills were not strong enough? In this discussion circle for advanced-level English learners, we will read and discuss an American novel with the support of Margaret Feit Clarke, an experienced ESL instructor at the ELL Parent Center. You will strengthen your English skills while learning more about great literature, American culture, and the Skokie community. Limited to 16 participants. The class will meet every Tuesday for 11 weeks: September 8-November 17.We’ll read and discuss Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng.
