About this event
Meeting room. ELL Conversation Circle is designed for English Language Learners who want to practice their language skills in a safe, supportive setting. These recurring sessions feature a variety of topics and activities — from introducing yourself and sharing interests to exploring traditions and more. This session’s topic is: Back to School. The first hour of conversation will focus on navigating school as an adult student or interacting with a child’s teachers. The remaining 30 minutes will be available for social time to converse in English language learners’ first languages. This program is presented by library staff.
