meeting room. A Guided Conversation Series for Older Adults Elderhood Roundtable is a welcoming, facilitated discussion series for older adults who enjoy meaningful conversation and connection. Participants gather together to socialize, reflect, and discuss topics of shared interest. Conversations may include subjects such as family and grandkids, gardening, pets, aging and health, coping strategies for life changes, and even possible service projects participants may wish to explore together. Sessions are designed to foster connection, reduce isolation, and support thoughtful engagement with the experience of aging. Light refreshments may be served.
