About this event
The EHSD 4 Our Families Navigators are on site at the Concord Library every other Monday from 10am-4pm. They can provide assistance with resource referrals, navigation and benefits application assistance. Benefit assistance includes CalFresh, Medi-Cal, CalWORKS, General Assistance, and Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI). No need to make an appointment just drop in during these hours and our Family Navigator can assist you.
