We dance barefoot to feel more grounded, and sessions often start with a brief meditation or warm-up to help settle into the space. As the music flows from soft, ambient beats to more energizing rhythms, dancers are encouraged to let go of self-consciousness, express themselves freely, and enter a state of mindfulness or even euphoria.
