About this event
Storytime Room. Early Readers Book Club Please join us as we read and discuss Dragon's Halloween written and illustrated by Dav Pilkey Saturday, October 10, 2026, 2:00pm in the Storytime Room Open to students ages 5-7. We will read and discuss the book together and do a small craft activity. Registration is required. From the publisher: Dragon is so excited for Halloween! He plans to carve a big, scary jack-o'-lantern and create a creepy costume. Unfortunately, Dragon can't find a big pumpkin, and he can't decide which costume to wear. Plus, when Dragon goes for a walk through the woods, he hears some unexpected growling -- yikes! Will Dragon's Halloween be filled with more tricks than treats? *Please note: This program is not a drop off program. Parents/guardians must remain in the building until the program concludes.* Please note that in the case of inclement weather, please check thrall.org first to see if the library is open for the program. *Due to the high demand of library programs, please arrive on time. Otherwise, after ten minutes, your seat will be given away to the next patron.* Questions? Please call 1-845-341-5470.
