Drum Circle Unity of Beaverton

Come and join in a community Drum Circle at Unity of Beaverton every first and third Friday 6:45 -8:45pm! This venue is large so we will have room for drumming, dancing, chanting. Big hugs and smiles await your arrival! Did you know that singing and drumming in community is joyful, relaxing, AND scientifically proven to improve health? All ages and experience levels are welcome in this safe space as we explore the vibrational magic. Those who wish to help set up please arrive at 6:40 and then we will begin drumming as soon as we are set up. We will end at 8:45 to give time for cleaning up resetting the chairs and packing the drums and instruments. * Bring open hearts and minds * BYO water bottle. * Chairs will be provided * You can bring drums, percussion, and other instruments as well or just yourself... Some drums & rattles will be provided. * All ages and skill levels are welcome to join together in our upbeat community Drum circle * We will meet inside or if the weather is nice we may move our drum circle to the park across the street. We will post a sign if we move to the park. * Be prepared to move energy, reflect, and bring joyful and healing vibrations to our community and your body, mind, spirit, and world! \*P.S. A heart donation will be graciously received at the event. We suggest a $5-$10 donation that will be split with Unity of Beaverton and Alder Drumming In Oneness.
